DORA SIP & STROLL
What is DORA?
Mariners Row at City Center is a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). This means you can sip and stroll! Guests 21+ can purchase alcoholic beverages from participating restaurants and "Sip & Stroll" along Mariners Row (DORA boundaries) during special events.
