What is DORA?
Mariners Row at City Center is a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). This means you can sip and stroll! Guests 21+ can purchase alcoholic beverages from participating restaurants and "Sip & Stroll" along Mariners Row (DORA boundaries) during special events.

How It Works
1. Visit a participating DORA restaurant, such as Chef's Market Food Hall, Salsa's, or Tinto.
2. Ask to order your beverage in a to-go DORA cup, which are disposable cups labeled with a logo of the establishment from which the beverage was purchased.
3. Sip & Stroll along Mariners Row, enjoy live entertainment, shop local stores and vendors, and enjoy! ​​​
DORA Rules

Beverages must be in official DORA cups.

You must stay within DORA boundaries. Drinks may not leave Mariners Row (look for signs!)

You cannot bring outside alcohol into DORA boundaries.

Be respectful. Dispose of cups in trash bins and drink responsibly.
