RULES: Contest is free to enter. Entrant must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident. Photographs must be taken in front of one of the three (3) Storefront Holiday Windows at City Center at Oyster Point. Contest runs from December 2, 2019 through December 23, 2019. By submitting an image electronically, you are stating that you are the owner and copyright holder of the photograph submitted. You also represent and warrant that the photograph is your original work. Although photographers retain the copyright to their photographs, by entering them into this contest, they permit unrestricted usage by City Center at Oyster Point exclusively to promote themselves, without receiving any fee or compensation. This applies to winning and non-winning entries. All entries, once uploaded electronically become the property of City Center at Oyster Point. By signing the entry form and/or submitting a photograph electronically, participants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of contest judges, whose decisions are nal. By submitting a photograph, participants agree to release sponsors, contest promoter and their respective o cers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, a liates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with acceptance, possession, participation in, or use of any prizes. Prizes will be awarded in the form of merchant gift cards. Three separate $100.00 prizes (gift card to your choice of merchant at City Center at Oyster Point) will be awarded during the entry period on each of the following dates: 12-9-19, 12-16-19 and 12-23-19.
