Over $140 million of construction is currently taking place and an additional $72 million is in the pre-development pipeline. Armada Hoffler Construction, Clancy & Theys Construction, Ritchie Curbow and Kotarides Builders will be joined shortly by the contractor chosen to build the new Thimble Shoals Boulevard improvements from Jefferson Avenue to Canon Boulevard.
