Hayashi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar Coming to City Center at Oyster Point

The details for this beautiful new restaurant are being finalized with owner Lenny Sean and his design team. This will be the second, full scale venue for Hayashi in the greater Newport News/Williamsburg area.

Lenny is known in Williamsburg as an “artesian with food”. His talent ranges from the simplest soups and salads to exceptional presentations of traditional Japanese cuisine and a full Sushi Bar. Fish, shellfish, beef and chicken-fried, steamed and grilled, are part of everyday menu selections.

Parking Deck No. 3 Approved by Council

724 Spaces to be added as result of Newport News action

Parking Deck No. 3The City of Newport News' City Council approved the start of the third parking structure at City Center at Oyster Point. The third deck will be built in two phases with 724 spaces to be built immediately. It will be located off Canon Boulevard and will provide parking for the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and future office and retail space. This structure will also provide the ramps to access The Meridian at City Center Condominiums' parking. By the summer of 2006, City Center will have over 3,000 spaces - 2,700 in structured parking decks and over 300 in surface parking.
